SAFELAB's management is based on the following principles
  • Achieve customer satisfaction according to their needs and exceed their expectations concerning compliance with current legislation and standardized methods.
  • Provide services, information and collaboration according to contract specifications.
  • Pursue the update and continuous improvement of the operational modes of service providing and testing.
  • Comply with the NP EN ISO/IEC 17025, NP EN ISO 9001 and SA8000 standards requirements.
  • Improve performance levels in all our areas of activity.
  • Establish procedures that ensure efficiency and continuous improvement of the quality management and social responsibility system, with the aim to undertake improvement actions.
  • Improve the training level and ongoing qualification of employees, by providing them with an adequate work environment in terms of health and safety, as well as devoid of any discriminatory practices, ensuring a fair working hours schedule and compensation, a regulated disciplinary environment and the right to free association.
  • Provide customers with the necessary cooperation to allow them to correctly define their service providing requests and follow-up the course of the work.
  • Maintain a properly organized laboratory, working regularly and systematically in a way to ensure the management system requirements.
  • Improve SAFELAB's economical and financial efficiency. 
  • Commit to pursue the development of its activities in the strictest fulfillment of all regulations relevant in terms of quality and social responsibility, as well as promoting the enforcement of management best practices, with the aim to continuously improve its efficacy. 

SAFELAB's Management, following its principles of dignity and trust, commits before its customers to comply with this System Policy and takes full responsibility for its implementation, as well as for the maintenance of the Quality Management and Social Responsibility System according to the NP EN ISO/IEC 17025, NP EN ISO 9001 and SA 8000 standards.
