Service providing to companies in the professional training area arises from the need of the employers to improve the image of the company's employees in different areas, using as a reference the so called knowledge triangle, namely the Psychosocial/socio affective competences, which enable the development of the communications attitudes and behavioral effects, cognitive competences, which reside at the intellectual development level, and psychomotor competences, for the development of manual capacities, at the Know How to Make level.
The current Labor Law states the mandatory character of companies providing continuous professional training to their employees; currently, 10% of workers are required to undergo training provided by a certified entity.
In order to assist companies fulfilling this legal obligation, SAFELAB turns investment in professional training into an added value for the company itself.
