SAFELABowner of the www.safelab.pt Website, commits to ensure a quality service to all its customers and visitors to the site, including aspects related to their privacy.

1. Confidentiality

Some areas of the Website are only accessible via registration as a user. The personal information or other elements collected during the registration process are for the exclusive use of IT administration within the strict range of the services requested by the user through the Website. The nature and objectives of the interactive services hereby provided require users to supply contacts and/or information that may be deemed as personal.

SAFELAB commits to respect the laws in force related to personal data protection and not to disclose this information, under any form or condition, to third parties.

With the aim to provide users with greater speed and better customization of the service, SAFELAB may resort to a browser functionality known as "cookie". However, SAFELAB does not accept responsibility for the security and privacy policy, form, contents or practices of these sites.

5. Use of Login and Password

Any user may only access the reserved area after performing an online registration and commits to use it exclusively for the purpose of SAFELAB's services, accepting responsibility for the correct use and confidentiality of his/her login and password.

The user commits to supply SAFELAB with accurate and complete registration information, especially e-mail address, and to notify SAFELAB about any changes to this information.

6. E-Mail

If you subscribe to the Newsletter in our site, you will receive information about our services and highlights via e-mail. In case you no longer wish to receive further Newsletters, you will be able to remove your address from our mailing list, by clicking on the link shown at the bottom of each newsletter. If you are a registered customer you will be able to change your personal data at any time; all you need to do is enter your User Id and Password.

7. Correction and Update of Personal Information

Each user of the interactive services hereby provided is responsible and holder of the data he/she transmits to SAFELAB and may control the amount of information supplied, as well as when (and under which circumstances) it may, or should, be provided to third parties.

In case you need to change any personal information and/or related disclosure terms - or, in case you are an employer, if you intend to change your identification, contacts and/or the profile or terms of your job offer - you may do so at any time. All you need to do is access to your account using your login and password.

Services made available in this site are totally free of charge for the users.

9. Acceptance and Abidance

All users of the services provided in this site are bound to the acceptance and abidance of the terms set forth herewith.
